As a Sexual Healing Retreat:

Womynism Sacred Circle is curated as an integrative, trauma-responsive, narrative-centered, and body-affirming experience centering the erotic and sexual healing of Black and Of Color women, femmes & non-binary folx.  

Womynism Sacred Circle, a community event, is a sexual healing retreat facilitated by sex therapists, sex educators and other sex and erotic healers designed to support the sexuality and genderqueer Black, Indigenous, and womyn, femmes, & non-binary folx of color in the pursuit of sexual healing, sexual pleasure, and sexual liberation (BIWOC). 

The Circle centers the intersectional narrative of BIWOC and the reclamation or reframing of their narrative through the unlearning of systemically oppressive messages regarding  sexual pleasure, sexuality, personhood, gender expression and gender performance.

The Circle stresses the importance of our emotional and sexual well-being. The event is designed with healing arts & activities to engage all 5 senses and assist a womyn in reclaiming her narrative through decolonization of messages she learned about sexuality, personhood, gender expression and gender performance for the pursuit and attainment of emotional wellness and sexual liberation.
